Eggs are natural farm products and may vary in:

  • Shell texture

  • Natural markings

These natural variations are not defects and do not qualify for refund.


2. Product Condition at Pickup

All products are inspected prior to pickup.

Once the customer takes possession of the product:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Proper storage and refrigeration are the customer’s responsibility

  • We are not responsible for damage, breakage, or spoilage after pickup


3. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Failure to inspect items at pickup does not qualify for refund.


4. No Chargeback Abuse
